It comes with the BLACK psp 3000 system, 64gb memory card, battery, and a charger. It has all been tested and works. The condition will be similar to that of the one pictured. The “o” button is “enter” and the “x” button is back when in the home dashboard or when exiting a game; the buttons function normally when playing a game. This is an import from Japan, so it won’t play US umd movies/shows but it will play any US games. The language has already been set to English. It has a higher quality charger (as indicated by the solid prongs in last pic rather than the 3/4 point prongs that most sellers include), and the battery has a larger cell and better pcb board inside (the better pcb board reduces failure rate a lot).
